MINUTES (For Personnel Not Vaccinated or Tested by PCR)

In order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and to help those infected recover more easily, the scientific committee has strongly recommended vaccination. For personnel who are not vaccinated, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey announced by circular dated 03.09.2021 that a PCR test must be performed weekly.

Within this scope, you are kindly requested to fill in the appropriate field below and sign.
